Co-Hosting

We manage Airbnb guest capacities on behalf of the property owner, helping manage physical and digital aspects, for a fair revenue share.

We Make it Simple

Co-hosting fees can range from 20% to 30% dependant on the scope of service provided by Swag Hospitality.

Services may include but are not limited to, residence cleaning, online messaging and booking management, profile management, and more.

Consulting Services

Swag Hospitality offers consulting services for new and existing short-term rental hosts and investors. Whether you would like assistance with your listing description, help with the interior design aspect of your short-term rental or would simply like to turn things over for a full turn-key experience, Swag Hospitality can help.

Post-Op Recovery

Swag Hospitality realizes the need for confidential and discreet post-operative recovery in an upscale home environment. We provide in-room dining and entertainment, medical-grade amenities and luxury transportation. In addition, we will work with you to contract 24-hour nursing care and management during your time in residence
